If you have purchased your item(s) online and wish to return them, and you meet the below criteria, please email : email@example.com. Please include your name, order number and reason for return; you will then receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) acknowledgment on the issue within 2 business days. Email us requesting a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) within 3 days of receiving your order at info@ arzooda.com with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
www.arzooda.net will reply with a ‘RMA’ reference number, after which you will have 7days to return the goods.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages and contact info@ arzooda.com
All product warranty coverage after 30-days will be handled directly by the product manufacturer. Arzoo General Trading reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.
Cancelations of Orders
Should you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. If the order is cancelled before processing, the product won’t be shipped and the money will be refund in form of store credit. However, if the cancellation occurs after the processing of the order, then cancellation won’t be possible and you should request a Return or Exchange.
